Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026 · Last updated: September 2026
1. Overview & Scope
Multiply Talents (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides an enterprise-grade multi-branch Event & RSVP Management Platform. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, store, and safeguard personal information when event organizers, corporate hosts, staff members, and invited guests interact with our services and event websites.
2. Information We Collect
A. Account & Team Data: Names, work email addresses, encrypted passwords (bcrypt hashed), organization membership tiers, and branch access assignments.
B. Guest & Invitation Records: Full names, contact details (email and mobile numbers), invitation status, party/household grouping, dietary preferences, custom survey responses, and designated sub-event permissions.
C. Check-In & Arrival Telemetry: Timestamp of verification, QR code verification records, verifying staff member ID, and entry station check-in notes.
D. Technical & Security Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, session identifiers, and rate-limiting audit records to prevent unauthorized brute-force and scraping.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Facilitate real-time guest list management and door verification during live events.
- Deliver automated RSVP confirmations, digital ticket passes, and schedule updates.
- Enforce multi-branch tenant isolation so branches only access their authorized records.
- Maintain operational audit trails and ensure platform reliability and security.
4. Tenant Isolation & Data Ownership
Our architecture enforces strict multi-tenant segregation. Guest records, invite lists, and event configurations belong exclusively to the client organization and their designated branch. We do not sell, rent, or cross-market client guest information to any third parties or advertisers.
5. Third-Party Integrations
When enabled by your branch administrator, data may synchronize with authorized third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL) or SMS gateways for messaging automations. All synchronization is strictly scoped to the authorized branch credentials and location tokens.
6. Security Practices
We employ defense-in-depth security measures: cryptographic hashing of credentials, HTTP-only secure cookie sessions, role-based access control (RBAC), TLS encryption in transit, and database-level constraint enforcement.
